Return within 30 days

The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

The product must be intact with all tags, labels, unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

The product is not in the non-returnable category (e.g. final sale, custom products, etc.).

Return Process

Step 2: Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.

Step 3: Package the product carefully and return it to the address we provide. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If the product is eligible, we will process the refund via your original payment method within 30 business days.

If there are any issues during the inspection of the product, we will contact you to discuss next steps.

Cancellations

Deadline for cancellations: within 24 hours of receiving payment or if your order is currently in express shipping, we are generally unable to cancel or update your order once it has been dispatched.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately via email : [email protected]. We will guide you through the process of returning the product and provide a free replacement or a full refund.

Important Note

We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using an insured and tracked shipping service.

The original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the product is defective or not as ordered.
